Over the years I've accumulated dozens of objects to put in still life paintings. I decided to make another accordian book with some of them. I started with this cream pitchers then started finding more around the house and have now started borrowing from friends. These are some I've done so far.
The pages are about 5x5 inches. I may add a table underneath and will write about each one

I had just had an idea this morning of doing small paintings of the household objects I liked as drawing painting practice and here is your cream pitcher blog. Thank you for the inspiration! I particularly like the one with the face. The inside surface with the highlight is just right! Now I have something to aim for!

Dory, I forgot to say, the pitcher with the face was made by a potter friend, Olga Locher, who lives near Seattle
