Love your fall paintings, Carole. The chanterelles are interesting, my younger son is a chef in Bar Harbor and when I went to visit him this summer, her had me out hunting the mushroom with him for his restaurant. I never thought he would be doing this! It was fun and educational, and you have them on the other side of the country too! Maybe you should cook some up!
